Went to the Elevate competition recently hosted here for the first time. It was quite a nice venue for a large-ish competition -- several backstage rooms for prepping, a nice garden bar area, and a nice view of the stage in the main area. The parking was a bit of a pain as there were only about 10 spaces around the building, but that was the only real bad part. Would definitely come back to the venue in the future!

The team at Arcana were incredibly prompt in replying to enquiry requests, supportive and provided information via email, text and phone conversations to discuss details about their venue, catering, drinks packages etc; even cc’ing my bestie into email correspondence to outline catering, contacts for known external providers, such as photo booths for us to have further discussions, which was comforting.
Their customer service and flexibility was amazing.
